Custom orders are a big part of what Keiron does. Whether it's a child's name plaque in a specific timber, a set of toys in a particular size, a wedding gift with a date engraved on it, or something you've sketched on a napkin — send through the details and Keiron will let you know what's possible.
There's no obligation when you enquire. Keiron will get back to you within 1–2 business days with a quote and any questions.

What can be customised
Any name, date, quote, or message — laser-engraved or routed into timber. Great for plaques, chopping boards, key rings, and gifts.
Need a plaque in a different size, or a toy to fit a specific box? Keiron can adjust dimensions to suit.
Different timbers suit different pieces — from light pine to rich Tasmanian blackwood. Ask about what works best for your item.
Have a product in mind that isn't in the shop? Describe it or sketch it out. Keiron is open to commissions for new items.
Need 10 plaques for a school? 50 key rings for a corporate gift? Bulk pricing is available — get in touch to discuss.
Natural oil, beeswax, or painted finishes available on selected pieces. Mention your preference when you enquire.
How it works

Use the contact form to describe what you have in mind — as much or as little detail as you have.

Keiron gets back to you with a price and any questions. You confirm and pay a deposit to lock it in.

Keiron makes your piece in his Burnie workshop. Lead times vary by complexity — typically 1–3 weeks.

Once finished, it ships to your door anywhere in Australia. Keiron will send photos before it goes out.
Good to know
Most custom pieces take 1–3 weeks from deposit to dispatch, depending on complexity and current workload. Keiron will give you a realistic timeframe when he quotes.
No minimum for one-off pieces. Bulk orders of 5+ items may attract a setup fee — ask when you enquire.
Keiron sends photos before dispatch. If something isn't right, it gets fixed before it ships. Custom pieces are non-refundable once made to specification.
